The complete assembly of an EV motor usually consists of several independent assembly systems, often provided by different companies. JULI Automation can provide one complete assembly line, including all sub-processes, reducing the project risk.

There are no additional expenses to communicate among different suppliers and harmonize technology interfaces. The most complex of these processes is the stator assembly process with hairpin technology which is explained separately.
